Persimmon season is winding down but I can’t stop making this persimmon and sage lemonade. It’s herbaceous, sweet, and refreshing as is, but feel free to add rum, tequila, or mezcal to make this a stunning cocktail. The perfect drink for an elevated happy hour at home.
