Strawberry Italian Soda

wine glass

Ingredients
3oz fresh strawberry thyme syrup*
lemon flavored Italian soda
1oz heavy cream (optional)
fresh thyme (optional)
fresh strawberry (garnish)
whipped cream (optional)
crushed ice
Instructions
Add fresh strawberry thyme syrup, ice, and Italian soda to a glass and stir together. Add heavy cream if you want something richer (optional). Once combined, top with whipped cream (optional), fresh thyme, and sliced strawberries.
